Wildlife on Roundstone Bog

Roundstone Bog is a vast area of lowland Atlantic blanket bog in Connemara which is a Special Protection Area and Special Area of Conservation. This video shows some of the wildlife present on Roundstone Bog and the importance of  peatland habitats. The video was produced by BirdWatch Ireland and CrowCrag with the support of the Biodiversity Office of Galway County Council and The National Parks and Wildlife Service through the Local Biodiversity Action Fund.
